1972: The "Confraternita dei Degustatori del Parmigiano Reggiano" (Confraternity of the Tasters of Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese) gives the "Diploma d'Onore" (Diploma of Honour) to Mr. Giovanni Fanticini. The motivation is: "for the competence and the collaboration given to the success of Parmigiano Reggiano in the world".

1973: Mr. Giovanni Fanticini wins the prize "Mappamondo d'Oro 1973" at the Exhibition of Rimini. The motivation is: "for the excellence and genuineness of Fanticini's products". 

1989: The Chamber of Commerce of Reggio Emilia awards the "Prize Export" to PIEFFE di Pietro Fanticini. The motivation is: "for the successes obtained in the international market and the contribution given in the good performance of the Italian products in the world".

 1998: The International Institute for Quality-Certification Det Norske Veritas (DNV) states that PIEFFE di Pietro Fanticini has been found to conform to the Quality System Standard UNI EN ISO 9002 for the Production and the Ripening of whole wheels of Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese serial nr. 243

1999: The Consortium of Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese awards the prestigious prize "Matricola d'Oro 1999" to the dairy PIEFFE di Pietro Fanticini nr. 243.

 

1999: The Consortium of Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese awards the "Gold Medal" to the Cheesemaker of the dairy PIEFFE di Pietro Fanticini nr. 243 during the traditional "Party of the Cheesemakers".
