Parmigiano-Reggiano "Tuttocuore" is the heart, the preciousest part of the wheel.
   

The "Tuttocuore" taste is unique, because in the centre of the wheel the characteristics of the cheese (that form during the ripening) are protected and preserved.

   

With the heart of the wheel of our traditional Parmigiano-Reggiano we created special boxes, excellent for Christmas gifts ... but also for many other occasions.


"Tuttocuore" gift-boxes contain a piece of cheese without rind: the product is very good as table cheese (it has a 15/16 months ripening).

Parmigiano-Reggiano "Tuttocuore" is available in these different versions:
 

elegant
in a metal box which contains a vacuum-packed piece of about 1 kg.

in a wood-and-bamboo box which contains a vacuum-packed piece of about 1 kg.
   

and miniature
in a wood-and-bamboo box which contains a vacuum-packed piece of about 250 gr.
