Organic Parmigiano-Reggiano

Our Organic Parmigiano Reggiano is certified by Consorzio per il Controllo dei Prodotti Biologici, an inspection and certifying body acknowledged by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry charged with the implementation of the EEC Regulation 2092/91 with reference to the companies producing, preparing or importing organically manufactured products.


Pieffe bought the whole production of a dairy that makes Organic Parmigiano Reggiano on the hills of Reggio Emilia (Viano and Casina): after its production, the cheese is ripened in our warehouse until it is packed.

The manufacturing, ripening and packing process, till the distribution of the product, is inspected by the certifying authority.
